Coach was helpful with talking about my cousin when he passed away and helped me look at the bright side of things. She was very effective with helping me appreciate the good memories.

I was referred this life coach by my psychiatrist initially. I had been having post divorce roller coasters. This lady is one of a kind. She brings vibrance and energy. Our sessions were face to face but, as I got more comfortable I started doing virtual. She has really helped me through some of the hardest times of my life. The greatest thing about her is that even though our sessions are an hour long, She allows me to call her in the event that I’m having an emotional breakdown and listens.

I used this remote service following my divorce. The counselor was empathetic with very helpful insights to help wade through my roller coaster emotions. I prefer this to face to face encounters because I listen better without distractions.
