- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Understand industry standard for pricing. We offer promotions throughout the year through the company or one of our partner vendors like Sherwin Williams. Also, as a 29-year Army Veteran myself, I always offer a 10% discount to Veterans.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listen to the customer needs and requests. Deliver a fair and timely estimate in order to win the bid. Ensure painters are on time and perform a professional service. Close out with customer prior to receiving final payment. Follow up in 2-weeks to ensure all expectations were met.
