I hired them to paint 3 rooms, ceilings, doors, and a hallway. They were very punctual and did a great job. They repaired rail holes in the wall as well. There was a crack in the ceiling that got missed but they were immediately on it to get it fixed and painted once notified. Overall, very impressed and would refer them to others.

Rod and his crew are great! In a time when you can barely get a contractor to return a call or come for an estimate, Rod replied yo my request promptly and professionally. The price was fair and the workmanship by Juan and his team, was exceptional. Clean, quick, and thorough. Our house looks better than new and it’s thanks to 360 Painting. If you’re hesitating, don’t. You won’t be disappointed.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Understand industry standard for pricing. We offer promotions throughout the year through the company or one of our partner vendors like Sherwin Williams. Also, as a 29-year Army Veteran myself, I always offer a 10% discount to Veterans.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listen to the customer needs and requests. Deliver a fair and timely estimate in order to win the bid. Ensure painters are on time and perform a professional service. Close out with customer prior to receiving final payment. Follow up in 2-weeks to ensure all expectations were met.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
