Do the job they were hired for. Sloppy. Uneven cut, nothing blown, very little effort, no pride in work. Several uncut clumps throughout the yard. Even worse, I let him know how dissatisfied I was and no reply. Change my rating to one star, even that's too much.

Responded quickly to my need and we agreed to have him do his first cut the week of 9/5. Did not hear back from him and turns out he never did the job. Reached out on Thumbtack and his cell phone with no response for an additional week, so his unprofessional service cost me over two weeks of lawn growth and now I have to find someone else to do this project. Very disappointed.
