My father was a fitness enthusiast and introduced me to calisthenics at the early age of 5. I went on to excel in sports, graduated school and joined the United States Navy. I continued my passion for physical fitness and became a fitness leader within the military. After the military I went to school and earned a bachelors degree in health science, continued my education at a personal training school, and obtained nationally accredited personal training certifications. I love meeting with new clients, hearing their goals and their story. I put the personal aspect back into personal training, and design specific workout plans, backed by science to achieve goals. I stared training with Matt end of 2021 and was about 108lbs with some big goals. I’ve gained over 15lbs already and have been making huge strength gains. Matt is very flexible with his schedule and even made up when he had to cancel last minute by training my wife for a free session. Very professional and knows his stuff, if you are serious about making progress with health or fitness he is the guy for you. He is very easy to talk to and ask questions about fitness or health/lifestyles suggestions. I could barely do 15 push-ups on November 2021 and I passed my FIRST Navy PST this month doing 81 push-ups (2m) 71 sit-ups (2m) and 18 pull-ups. He has helped me target my weakest areas and tailored my training for the types of workout results I need for my occupation. Can’t recommend enough 10/10 Photos are after 4 months of training @ 123lbs

Being a lifelong athlete comes with multiple sports injuries along the way . If this has been your journey as well, call Matthew for his personal training services!!! My most debilitating and recent injury was shattering my tailbone in a cycling accident about 5 years ago. I have some physical limitations as a result and cannot do activities that put pressure on my tailbone and lower back. With every workout over the past 3 weeks, Matthew quickly modifies the exercise set to maintain the purpose of the motion without causing pain or further injuries. We train 3 times a week and Matthew pushes me appropriately with every session. I've already noticed a difference in this short time and look forward to continuing my sessions with him.

Been working with Matt for a few months now and I am definitely in the best shape I’ve ever been in. He tailors workouts to you and always seems to be learning more about his industry to really fine tune your program. He does a great job supporting and strengthening any areas that might be weak due to medical conditions or any long term neglect.
