This workout was amazing! He was knowledgeable, intense, and on time. This was everything that I needed in order to help me get in shape. It's been a long time since I worked out and my regimen was less than par. But he has helped me to optimize my ability, and bring out the potential I had within. Where do I start. This Great Man who in hindsight looking back instilled brought great core values that I even use today. Being intentional placing stretches, workouts, and guidance in his training to equip me as a individual to accelerate my growth on and off the field! What he’s done in my life has brought revelation a light in my vision to see 20/20 and really walk with awareness to move with confidence. He is a foundational teacher that shakes everything you thought you knew down to your original cornerstone. Like a builder he starts there and then builds with the blocks he’s acquired in his life and the fitness plus the knowledge you know. To be a strong building that the world would want to ask who was the architect! He inspirational, fighter, and a world shaker!!!! Glad to continue to grow with him

We can always talk. It’s room for all situations.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First will be a assessment test. Then Mentally I will find out about my customer. Then we move in to action plans immediately.

I’m a professional athlete. Also I’m am a certified trainer. And certified CrossFit Elite trainer. Message Therapy also. Golden glove boxing. And last but not lease UFC and yoga instructor.
