Mike is a great coach/trainer! He worked with my high school aged student athletes and not only did they both(boy and girl) have injury free seasons, they both improved dramatically on the field and court!

As a middle aged mom, I found Mike to be great to work with. He is able to take his professional experiences working in healthcare and apply it to his training. Needing to lose weight and struggling with post pregnancy issues, he has been able to modify my workouts to still be effective yet very safe. Would highly recommend!!
