What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are licensed and insured to clean TWO STORY roofs. We use a pet and plant friendly chemical when we mist the roof. We do not high pressure or even soft clean the roof.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always meet with the home or business owner and walk the job. I want to make sure we see what you’re seeing . I then provide a quote instantly.
I need a client for seven minutes to provide the quote.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Six years of training. I received my chemical license training at USF.
