FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing reflects the individualized approach I take with each client. Rather than providing the same workout to everyone, I build training around your goals, experience level, movement quality, lifestyle, and individual needs. I offer multiple coaching options, including one-on-one training, partner training, online/remote coaching, and hybrid coaching. Pricing varies depending on the type of service and frequency of training, with package and ongoing coaching options available. **Limited-Time New Client Offer:** Clients who sign up and begin coaching will receive **10% off their coaching services for as long as they remain an active client.** My goal is to provide professional, evidence-based coaching and long-term value rather than simply taking you through a workout.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically start with a discovery call to learn more about you, your goals, training history, current activity level, schedule, and any previous injuries or limitations that may affect training. From there, we complete an initial assessment where I evaluate relevant areas such as movement quality, mobility, stability, strength, and overall fitness. The assessment allows me to establish a baseline and determine the best starting point for your program. I then develop an individualized training plan based on your goals and assessment results. As we work together, I track progress, provide coaching and education, and adjust the program as needed. My goal is not only to help you get results, but also to help you better understand your training and become more confident in what you are doing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences and am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). I am also certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC), Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES), Behavior Change Specialist (BCS), and Stretching and Flexibility Coach (SFC). My education and certifications have provided me with a strong foundation in exercise science, strength and conditioning, movement assessment, corrective exercise, nutrition, behavior change, mobility, and flexibility. I continually work to expand my knowledge so I can provide clients with evidence-based, individualized coaching rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.
