- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We aim to make the onboarding process smooth, transparent, and tailored to your needs. Here’s how it typically works: Initial Consultation We start with a conversation to understand your goals, property needs, and any specific concerns. This helps us determine how we can best support you. Property Assessment Our team, including our property manager, will evaluate the property to identify opportunities for improvement, maintenance needs, and tenant satisfaction. Customized Management Plan Based on your goals and the property’s condition, we create a management strategy that covers everything from leasing and maintenance to communication and reporting. Agreement & Onboarding Once you’re comfortable with the plan, we finalize the agreement and begin onboarding. This includes setting up systems for communication, payments, and reporting. Ongoing Support & Updates We stay in regular contact, providing updates, handling issues proactively, and making sure your property is running smoothly.

We’ve completed training in property management, real estate operations, and tenant relations covering everything from lease law and fair housing regulations to maintenance coordination and budgeting.
