Contacted Kevin to get a quote for some work. Seemed very knowledgeable about this business and chatted for a bit. Was promised a quote later that night. Contacted him back on Sunday, said I would have it on Monday. Contacted him Tuesday....advised him I don't want his services. Response was "OK". Wasted 3 days on this guy like he was doing me a favor. Don't recommend at all. If you don't value you business relationships, not sure why you are even doing this.

Unfortunately, I have gone through my call logs and my visits and do not have anyone by the name of Eric W. Since most leads cost our company money, it's not typical for us not to reply back with quote within 24 hours.

Kevin was very prompt and very professional. The quote was immediate and scheduled work was on time and efficient. They removed and hauled away a hide-a-bed, couch, futon bed, and a women's dresser with mirror. I would not hesitate to do business with his company again.
