- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to start with a quick welcome call just to understand what’s going on and make sure we’re the right company to help. After that, we’ll schedule a free, no-obligation inspection. In about 99% of cases we can provide an estimate right on the spot, so you’ll have a clear price before we leave. If everything looks good, we can get you scheduled right away. Most of our repairs are completed within 24 hours and are backed by one of the strongest warranties in the business.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Everyone at Gulf Shield Roofing is fully licensed and insured to perform all repair and replacement work. Our team members each bring 10 to 20+ years of experience, with over 100 years of combined roofing experience. That expertise allows us to do the job right and confidently stand behind our work. And if for any reason we’re not the best fit for your project, we have a strong network of trusted professionals and will gladly help point you in the right direction.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Our team began focusing full-time on roofing in 2019, and we haven’t looked back since. Before that, we were involved in real estate investing, development projects, and remodeling homes, which gave us a strong foundation in construction and how homes are built. Over time, we realized that roofing was where we could make the biggest impact for homeowners. Since then, we’ve dedicated ourselves to helping people solve roofing problems the right way—whether it’s a repair, replacement, or just honest guidance on what their home needs.
