When it comes to a leak in a roof, you don't really have time to wait... these guys were extremely professional, contacted me right away, came out next day for the quote, showed me pictures of what was going on and were fair in pricing. Job completed within 72 hours of request (would've been 48, but gotta love that FL rain). Saved their no. to be my new roofing contact!

I was very impressed with Gulf Shield's professionalism. Their representative Rafael did not try to upsell a simple roofrepair into a whole roofrepair. That was refreshing, and unlike some other companies who quoted the project. I was also impressed that per my request, the follow up was all by text instead of time-wasting phone calls. He also left the most professional leave behind collateral I think I've ever seen from a contractor. Thank you for that. And, I had inadvertently double booked Gulf Shield with another company at the same time, Rafael was willing to wait his turn. I thought that was honorable, ethical, and a pretty cool gesture.
I was also impressed by Daryl and his team's work at fixing the problem. They took 108 pictures of what they did, which is simply amazing! One of them is included in this review. Well done!
Lastly, when I noticed a simple billing error, they were quick to own the mistake and resolve it. I think these guys are trustworthy and I would have them return again the next time when we need a roofrepair or whole roof installation.

I would have chosen all five categories if they let me. The quote was reasonable for the work done. They came out at noon for the estimate and the work was completed just after 5 pm. They repaired my soffit and did some roofmaintenance and the tech informed of something that could be an issue down the road. Excellent work and quality. Thank you.

We like to start with a quick welcome call just to understand what’s going on and make sure we’re the right company to help. After that, we’ll schedule a free, no-obligation inspection.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
Our team began focusing full-time on roofing in 2019, and we haven’t looked back since. Before that, we were involved in real estate investing, development projects, and remodeling homes, which gave us a strong foundation in construction and how homes are built.
Over time, we realized that roofing was where we could make the biggest impact for homeowners. Since then, we’ve dedicated ourselves to helping people solve roofing problems the right way—whether it’s a repair, replacement, or just honest guidance on what their home needs.
