RP Water service was contacted via Thumbtack and were extremely responsive to our unconventional request. Due to Hurricane Irma I had an elderly couple needing the wood panels removed from their windows. Robert Pruitt did not hesitate to provide assistance to a needy local couple in their community. I commend them for their service and support.

Robert was awesome. Showed up on time to provide the estimate, which was at least a third lower then others who never visited. We agreed on the model that was right for our home. We agreed to have the install done 2 days later. He again showed on time and was all installed the softener, and was done quickly. He know his stuff. Great craftsman
