I called RDP Services after having the Plumbing Company who had installed our GE water softener come look at the unit. They said the unit would cost more to fix than to have it replaced and tried to sell me a highly overpriced unit for out needs. I decided to get another opinion and that's when Robert from RDP Services came out the day after I called him. Best decision I ever made. Robert was extremely knowledgeable, professional and thorough. He went over the entire unit and was able to fix our problem. He did not try and up sell us on things we did not need. He should me what the problem parts were and replaced them. The unit is back up and running like new. I could not be more pleased by the service we received from Robert and would highly recommend him to anyone who needs water softener or water filtration repairs.

Robert was awesome. Showed up on time to provide the estimate, which was at least a third lower then others who never visited. We agreed on the model that was right for our home. We agreed to have the install done 2 days later. He again showed on time and was all installed the softener, and was done quickly. He know his stuff. Great craftsman

Robert was great. Let me know when he was on his way. After seeing the job, had to run to get additional parts but came right back promptly. Installed water softener and filter very quickly and helped explain to me the use and filter change etc. Fair price too. Will definitely use again for all plumbing needs. Thanks Rob!
