Mr. Carter remodeled our bathroom. He is trustworthy, honest and courteous. We are so lucky to choose him for this job. We are so happy and proud of our new bathroom. Tom remodeled a bathroom for me, tiled my family room & fixed a problem I had outside the house where water had previously entered and caused damage. He did a phenomenal job! What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to come out to the project address and meet with the prospective client as no 2 jobs are the same, every job has its own identity, to then put a game plan together and also make sure my clients and myself are on the same page.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 30 years experience in the construction industry, I have built, as a General Contractor, 37 single family homes, Completely rehabbed, down to the studs, 8 single family homes. I am EPA Lead Certified.
