Marq is very responsive. He was able to knock out a tough job in the Florida summer heat less than 24 hours after I contacted him. He was constantly in communication with me, sharing photos and videos as he progressed with the work. His prices are extremely fair; the only thing that tops his fair prices is his work ethic. Definitely one of the top 3 hardest workers that has come through for me throughout my last 15 years in the panhandle. Would recommend to all my friends and family. Great attitude. My cleaner did not dust everything I asked. He did not clean my mirrors, he didn't clean My kitchen very well, didn't clean my tub. Behind my TV was not dusted. Not pleased and I paid extra

1 br 1 bathroom. Deep cleaning. A lot of dusting and this was a “just once” cleaning. Upon arrival you informed me that there were “2” living areas. One that belonged to you and the other which you stated belongs to your husband. Then you stated that the dinning area the kitchen,laundry room,PLUS your room and bathroom was all apart of what needed to be cleaned. I’m sorry that your expectations weren’t met for what you needed to be done. When we get job referrals the first thing we look at is the “job description”. We covered the best to our ability on “1 br” and “1 bath”. We’re sorry that 3 out of the 4 1/2 hours we were there was spent cleaning one large size dinning room (which was half of your house). At that point anything we cleaned was being polite to get as much done as we can.
Again. We’re sorry that we couldn’t meet your expectations and hope your that you could get the cleaning you actually need.
