- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Any estimate or minimum price is include in the final price if hired for the job. Discounts are offered dependant on a case by case basis.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Review the customers needs, set a plan to complete their needs. Depending on job we can supply the materials as long as customer is willing to pay for half of the job up front. This is typically a larger job scenario, IE shed or barn builds.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Framing, and roofing experience. Also complete a full renovation of personal home after purchase and learned of water damages under flooring. We have replaced flooring, drywall, kitchen cabinets and appliances, the roof, electric panel, and water heaters at our own home. We had also replaced the septic and built a large back deck for get togethers.
