Tyrese was fantastic to work with. He helped move a few very heavy pieces of furniture with ease, showed up right on time, and was super responsive throughout the process. On top of that, he had a great attitude and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Would definitely recommend him!

I usually don’t write reviews but I am extremely pissed off at this mover. For one, i reached out to him directly and told him EXACTLY what i had. He never once asked me to count the amount of boxes i had. that is HIS job if he needed to know that which i would have obligated. Because after picking up all my items in his truck, he decides to call my fiancée NOT ME even though i was the one that reached out to him first, and tell him he needed more money. We were in contact why would you call my man and ask for more money when instead if you felt like it was more items you could have talked to me BEFORE THE JOB STARTED. secondly he decided to bring his girl to a move on a second floor. absolutely ridiculous knowing this is supposed to be a professional moving company so you would you would hire help that could actually help you move boxes. third he had my man helping him YET i paid him extra and again i paid for MOVING SERVICES. he shouldn’t have to help move ANYTHING!! i paid for the service to be rendered meaning we don’t touch anything except the items going in our car. third i decided to pay extra for the labor because im not broke and i had no problem paying more HAD YOU HAD SPOKE TO ME NOT MY FIANCÉE AND YOU SAID SOMETHING BEFORE THE JOB STARTED. why would you wait after the truck is packed to then complain you weren’t being paid enough? yeah ok. so after everything packed up we get to our new place which is a 10 minute drive by the way & he proceeds to drop everything in our damn living room. even though the boxes were all properly labeled and his excuse was his girl had somewhere to go.. you are getting PAID TO move items, why would you invite your girl on a job that you knew you had to complete? so he rushed the entire drop off and just had all our stuff in my living that we are STILL tryna unpack because it was all left in the living room. completely unorganized and useless. then when i go back to my old apartment that same day of move out, i find out he left items still at the pickup location! i reached out to him and he was very nonchalant and acted like he didn’t give af. now lastly, this is what caused me to write this review, because today 4/24 we finally start unpacking and i realize not only when he was moving stuff out our apartment did he break my suitcase( pictured), he lost screws to my baby shelf, & he hit the wall in our old apartment and put a dent in the door that we are now having to pay for. very unprofessional and i really feel like he tried to play with me real bad!!!
