FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Bankruptcy fees are determined on a case by case basis factoring in difficulty of case and financial ability. The bankruptcy court sets a maximum fee allowed without further court approval and my fees do not exceed those amounts.
Social security disability fees are also approved by SSA. Typically the fee is 25% of back benefits with a maximum fee of $6000. Fees are often less however they are case specific.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Clients will always work directly with me and my paralegal. You will not be shuffled around to case managers and you will always be able to talk to me as much as needed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been practicing in debt relief areas (Bankruptcy and Foreclosure) since 2008 and Social Security disability since 2012.
