JC Construction did a great job, showed up on time and easy to discuss what needed to be done. We are an HOA and that is not always easy to work with and he was patient and understanding. I will be using him on my own property in the next week.

JCP construction company did a small repair job for me. Called several other companies and all declined the job . They said it wouldn't be cost effective for us to do the job. Construction companies are competing for a piece of the market shareespecially in cities where there's a high influx of new residents like Florida.When a business limits the job to more money they limit the pool of more customers as well as referrals. JC did an excellent job on my bathroom renovation. I would highly recommend him for house renovation projects. He followed through on his work and was reliable. My finished bathroom looks great and is a quality build. I was comfortable with him and his crew in my house. It's rare to find a contractor of this caliber. I will be rehiring him for future projects.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will put together a detailed estimate for the complete scope of work. I am happy to price different options or add/deduct alternates to help customers make value decisions to match their budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process for most projects is to meet with the customer and understand what they would like to accomplish from their space, take measurements, take pictures, and make recommendations. If the customer has any photos of project ideas or material selections, this is very helpful. I will then put together an estimate and schedule for the project and review with the customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction from the University of Florida. After college i spent 8 years as a project manager for a large company performing healthcare projects from $20-200 million. I bring the technical knowledge, logistics planning, and attention to detail I learned building hospitals to all my projects, big or small.
