My issue was something subconscious like most people. It was definitely in a place that I couldn't touch or just force to change, like my friends suggested. That's when I realized I needed something different. I needed something that could take me to the core of my issues, that nest egg of all of my pains, fears, and traumas that I had been condoning, yet collecting over the years. I needed someone to help free me from my invisible cage, which had been holding me back since my childhood, and I didn't even know that until I had my first session with Elen. I could write a book on my experiences with her as my Hypnotherapist because it was so life changing, but to make a long story short; her methods were safe, professional, and traditional with a progressive twist. When most people think of hypnosis, they think of being a puppet on the strings of the hypnotherapist, but that was not the case at all. With Elen's guidance and expertise, she helped me to be the puppet master of myself and transmute the suppressing issues of my life by bringing awareness to them and letting them go. Most people use their problems as a crutch, but Elen teaches you how to stand up for yourself. Her technique is definitely empowering. I continue to refer her even til this day. Elen is a very kind-hearted woman and very smart/ knowledgeable in her craft. This, in my opinion makes the best combination for those seeking help. I felt very safe and comfortable, and I’m normally a skeptic of these sorts of practices. She explained very well the process, was very open, nurturing, and encouraging without being pushy. I’ve had a few sessions with her now and the results really work. I feel the difference both in my mentality and the calmness of my body/ anxiety.
She has honestly been a tremendous help moving forward from certain traumas, resentment, and other emotional issues I’ve worked through. Very effective and very accepting environment.
