Adam is an awesome personal trainer! I worked with him a lot and he introduced me to some great strength workouts as well as CrossFit.

Adam is a fantastic trainer! He got me back in shape after having my first daughter. When I started, I could barely last 30 minutes...by the end, I was flipping tires and doing box jumps!
