Anthony Lauria came along via Slide Insurance to determine the damage and needed repairs shortly after we had a fire in our garage (during the hurricane to double down!). Before I even had a chance to dispute the 1st appraiser sent out (he merely did a quick once around, submitted his determinations, and like all claims came back far short of what truly was the replacement costs ahead!) thankfully, along come Anthony!Shortly thereafter I got a call from Mr. Anthong Lauria and he was to come out almost immediately. From the minute he arrived at the exact tyme he proposed he was off and "running" taking his tyme to look at the entire scope of the fire, smoke, water and invasive damage presented from all the previous. He knew his job better than most in most any profession I have been associated with. Not only was the thorough estimate nearly twice the previous adjusters but it was approved within a day! This showed me not only did Anthony know what he was doing but the insyde adjuster trusted him implicitly!To add to that Anthony's crew he sent out was tymely, efficient and very respectful of our property completing every task with integrity and professionalism without any shortcuts (rare)!All in all Anthony, his contracting crew and even Slide insurance (how often, specially in Florida, is that the case- again mostly the trust they had in Anthony!) came though without a whimper nor me doubting one second Anthony's commitment to doing what he said he would do! Anthonys employ should not only be grateful to have a honest professional like Anthony but reward him for his work ethic, dependability, integrity and- being above all- just a good guy! Typically people do not write a review after a positive experience with any company, and I am probably the last person to write one period. But after my experience with Stratus I honestly had to. From the time the sun rose the morning after Hurricane Helene, and after losing the majority of our roof, Stratus Roofing was by our side. Arthur and his entire team are true professionals and guided us through the process of getting things back on track. Don't take the chance of being taken advantage of by some fly by night roofing company Stratus Roofing is the real deal!

We listen to our customers needs and provide quotes for the type of roof that is desired. This can be driven by the desire for lowest pricing possible or the best roof available, it all depends on the needs of our customers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Inspect, estimate, contract, permit, perform work, request certificate of satisfaction. Roofing is unique in that you can not rush the process but you can have an outrageous sense of urgency which is how we operate at Stratus.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a preferred partner with a number of home insurance companies as well as trusted by Community Association Management companies across the state of Florida. We are Master Elite with GAF and able to offer the very best warranties offered by GAF. We are HAAG certified as well as Fortified certified with GAF.
