I'm pleased with the work that was done. Did sod install and decided to install irrigation as well. Work was completed in the time specified and the yard looks great. Jackie said he would stop back by to check on things and was true to his word. Assisted with programming the irrigation timer so that the grass could be watered more frequently until completely rooted. The only minor issue was the project went over budget, which was not discussed until after project was completed. Other than that, good experience. Added some before and after photos.
