The experience of trying to find a tree trimmer that would respond was extremely frustrating until we contacted Jeff Sorenson. Other trimmers would not even respond to email or messages, and if they did, they would not follow thru on their commitment. Jeff was outstanding by promptly communicating and doing what he said he would do, at the time he said he would do it. Excellent quality of work as well. Very fast and cleaned everything up the way it was before he arrived.

Jeff, owner and operator of his company was quick to respond. I have 3 Queen Palm Trees and 1 Bottle Brush Tree that needed trimming. He arrived when he said he would to give me a quote today and explained in detail how he will trim each Palm Tree and preserve the integrity of the Bottle Brush Tree as a Licensed Arborist. He scheduled a time to bring his crew back tomorrow with me and given his professionalism, courtesy,timing, qualifications and rates, I am already satisfied. I am sure when the job is complete tomorrow I will be just as impressed as my husband and I was today. I happily leave my review before the work is completed because I am confident in his skills. I live in a retirement community and will certainly be recommending him to the community. As I have already referred him to a neighbor due to his obvious knowledge today.
