As a matter of professionalism, I try not to criticise other work. How ever, you won't find my jobs rigged up or half assed like several things I have redone. Integrity in my work is the main thing other would most likely say stands out the most. I often have cut my profits to do a quality job I estimated. If your not gonna do it right the first time, why do it in the first place? The challenge of fixing things. I also have a passion for making decent looking properties look astounding. Sometimes a little TLC can make all the difference.

Daniel did a wonderful job of installing my new front entry door. We encountered a problem with termites that was unexpected and Daniel was a gem at calming this home owner down and stepping in to help me get the extra help to take care of the problem and to complete his work. Our project of a few hours turned into a whole weekend and he did an excellent job. I have several more project to complete and will be calling Daniel for those.

I was looking for a contractor to repair rotted wood support beams on my roof. I wasn't necessarily looking for the lowest bid from contractors. I was looking at methodology. Who had the best method to fix the problem? After interviewing a few contractors and hearing several different methods of how the problem was going to be fixed , I hired Daniel of All Things Maintenance Co. His methodology was in-line with what I wanted done. Daniel was friendly and honest. He kept me informed of the situation and he did what he said he would do. Daniel is an experienced and knowledgeable craftsman and it showed in his work. I was impressed with the superb job he did. I'm glad I hired Daniel of All Things Maintenance Co. Even though it was just a small job, as a snowbird I had to arrange this from out of state. Daniel was very good at keeping in touch with me and coordinating with a neighbor, and got the job done promptly. He was very courteous and efficient and I would definitely use his service again.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm always trying to learn new techniques and methods for doing things. If I see a design or something done, I can replicate it.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
As a kid, My Dad always tried to fix everything. I used to help him come up with ideas to get things done. He pushed me to figure out and solve problems around the house, and I became obsessed with challenges.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Pressure washing, painting, french drains, door and window repairs, tiling, custom landscaping, tree removal, appliance installation, and a few decks here and there. Ive built tree houses and pan roofs for customers.
