11/11/24 Update on Furnace service:What can I tell you about my Dor-Mar experience this morning... Preston Richard was the furnace tech that came out to investigate an issue on the furnace. I found him to be well-mannered, professional, well spoken, educated and just plain pleasant and informative. He found the issue and I'm waiting on someone from the office to call me to replace my ignitor, the cost and to schedule a time for a visit. Preston explained things with clarity. I liked that! He was very polite and showed courtesy by taking his shoes off in the foyer before walking through my laundry room area where the furnace was located in the vicinity. I'm happy with my experience today and look forward to doing more business with Dor-Mar. Absolutely recommend Dor-Mar for your HVAC needs! Mahalo and Godspeed everyone!Previous AC Service:OMG!!! Where do I start? Here goes... Service was EXCELLENT, Douglas and Will were professional, pleasant, friendly and the job they did was fantastic! Anyone who can work in over 90 F weather installing a large air conditioning system, is my SUPERHERO!!! Do I recommend Dor-Mar? ABSO-FREAKIN-LUTELY! I wouldn't want any other company or service from anyone else! Highly recommend! If I could give "", I most certainly would! Thank you Douglas, Will and the delightful, attentive staff at Dor-Mar! Godspeed everyone!
