- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We want you to know what you’re getting before the work moves forward. We’ll assess the job, talk through the options, and help you choose what makes sense for your property. We offer free estimates for qualifying slab and pinhole leak repairs, and financing is available for larger projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every property is a little different, so we start by understanding yours. We’ll assess the issue, explain what we find, and recommend a solution based on the home—not a one-size-fits-all answer. And if you’re away from Southwest Florida, we can coordinate with your tenant, guest, property manager, rental agent, or realtor to keep things moving without you having to be there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Plumbing expertise runs deep here. Founder Paul Stein was a Master Plumber, and Scott Stein earned his Master plumbing license in 1992 before taking ownership in 1993. Today, our licensed, trained plumbers and HVAC technicians combine that experience with extensive knowledge of Southwest Florida homes, condos, and the wear and tear that coastal environments can cause on HVAC and plumbing systems.
