I called and spoke with Agaytha telling her I have a leak. Praying I didn't need a new roof and only a repair. She was very professional and they were there within a few days to look at it. They repaired the leak and no issues since. I would highly recommend them.

Thank you for sending Blair to us. Blair was excellent, we had some questions about the roof inspection results which Blair came out and reviewed and explained in detail with the possible home buyer. He also repaired some fasteners needing sealant and explained proper roof maintenance. If I was not moving out of state, I would be calling Blair for all roofing needs and sure the new home buyer will as well.

I had a great experience with Ridge Valley Exteriors. A very professional company that sends a detail estimate, updates you on work progress, and kept me informed throughout my roof replacement. Best of all no gimmicks, incredible pricing, and they use trusted products Owen Corning Duration /Atlas Pinnacle. It started with Logan the estimator. He's very responsive and actually went up the roof and underneath it to inspect it. From the timeline to pricing he was spot on. Stephen/Courtney are the project managers and kept me informed. Will, the site manager, is extremely helpful and send me videos on my roof progress. He made sure the inspection passed with no issues. His hard working crew came in early in the morning and didn't leave until the job was done. He went above and beyond when I asked him for help outside his scope of duties. And lastly Gina, from the billing department, made sure changes and payments went through smoothly. Thank you!

NEW ROOF NOT NEEDED AT THIS TIME!I called Ridge Valley because I was told by a gutter cleaning service that I might have damage from the last storms to hit our area.Nathan was out the very next day and inspected the roof and to my great relief, he informed my that there was no storm damage. The roof was aging and there were a couple of spots he informed me that were showing signs of age, but that the roof did not need to be replaced at this time. I was so impressed with the honesty and professionalism! Nathan informed me that it would need to be replaced in 3 to 5 years barring any severe storm damage. I used Ridge Valley 15 years ago when I put my current roof on and in 3 to 5 years I will definitely use them again. I highly recommend Ridge Valley Exteriors!Pam - Peachtree City, GAP.S. Crew came out to do an inspection of our roof, which they did and then showed me the video immediately after. Not only that, they climbed back up and caulked a couple of nail heads for me for free! Will definitely be keeping their contact info for any future roof issues or problems!
