I work with property owners to find them the best tenants possible through personal interviews, credit and income verification and background screening. Additionally, we connect the dots between the trades, the property owner and tenant.

We have renovated several real estate properties from the ground up. Contract (hired/fired) and organized the labor; carpentry, plumbers, Hvac specialists, electricians, interior designers, architects, land planners, landscapers, machine operators, etc.
