- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Just ask questions; like how would you handle an upset caller?, how long would it take to answer their calls?, do you provide reports?, do you outsource outside of the US? Questions like these will get you the answers to some of the encounters that will happen on the phones.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Well maybe that we are not ALL the same. Although we provide same or similar services; its how we provide that services is what the difference is!
