When I called Bill, my computer was really messed up. It needed a keyboard and had a bunch of malware on it along with the fact that a long time ago I had spilled wine on the keyboard and the previous computer tech didn't clean it all out. My mouse pad was sticking and needed to be replaced. Then I had 2 old computers that no longer worked and Bill took the data off of them and put it on a flash drive and on my current computer for me. He did a great job and was more than reasonable in price. He was super nice and very professional as well. He also has refurbished computers to sell and I plan to purchase my next computer from Bill. I totally trust him and would highly recommend him to everyone! He is the only one that I will ever allow to fix my computer again!

I called a couple computer repair places in the area and Marshall seemed to be the most genuine, knowledgeable and best priced, which is a very rare combination. He told me what the problem was and what process he would go about to fix it. He came to my area and got my laptop Saturday night and then returned it Sunday morning fixed! I would highly recommend him as he went above and beyond my expectations.
