I could not praise their incredible team any higher. Responsiveness is their strength. From accurate ETA's down to quick execution, the High Hill Carpentry team focuses on getting the job done. They kept a great and always-open communication channel (which I deem very important), great suggestions for money and time savings, very transparent estimates, and a vast array of payment options. Once your job is scheduled, they will let you know what to expect, how long it will take, and how fast they can start - in my case, it was a matter of 2 hours, between contacting them and having them knocking on my door to visualize the scope of the project. Once they see it and understand what the project involves, Will and Maxy will suggest what the best course of action is. They were VERY quick about getting things in motion and setting a starting date (believe me, you won't be floating on a limbo when dealing with them - I can't really say how many times I've been left in the dark by contractors). My most recent job got done quickly and I've already lined up at least TWO more jobs on short notice with them. Great team!
