- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All pricing is transparent and includes tax, delivery, and installation—no hidden fees. Project costs vary based on size, materials, and scope, but I’m happy to work within a defined budget and offer phased or simplified options when needed. For custom closet installations, a 50% deposit is required to place material orders, 40% is due at delivery, and the remaining 10% is due upon completion of installation. Home organization services are typically priced separately and discussed upfront based on time and scope.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a consultation (virtual or in-home) to understand your space, storage needs, and budget. From there, I recommend solutions that make sense for your goals—whether that’s a full custom closet, a budget-friendly upgrade, or an organization-only service. You’ll receive clear pricing, design guidance, and honest recommendations. My goal is to make the process easy, informative, and pressure-free from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Animation, which gives me strong skills in design, layout, and visualization. I’ve also worked as both a design consultant and engineer in the custom closet industry, including experience with national suppliers and independent companies. This background allows me to create designs that are not only attractive, but also efficient, practical, and structurally sound.
