- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide the best deals available and we show you the different service provider's prices and local deals. We work with many different service providers, dealers, manufactures, and products to make sure you get exactly what you are looking for at a price that you feel comfortable, and nobody else can beat.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, a in person, over the phone, or email conversation to understand what you are looking for and get a sense of the budget. Second, present you the many options or the right option available to you, then third, install product or schedule appointment for service and/or installation. At the end we always follow up to make sure you are happy with your service or product and cover any other need.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 14 years of personal experience working with many of the companies in the telecommunications industry, TV, satellite, internet, sound, networking, and other home services, and commercial buildings. I started in the sales department providing face to face service and products, moved to installations and repairs with multiple companies, and back to sales; now for all of the top services and products available nationwide. I have many certifications and awards thru out the years and more to come. The companies that I work with all are licensed and insured and provided if the customer needs it.
