Mermaid Engineering handyman services responded quickly to my request for a carpenter. The finished job looks perfect and that absolutely made my day! Paul also addressed a gutter problem I was having so I no longer have to worry about that either. Wow! This was such amazing service !

My experience with mermaid engineering was a positive one. There was a little miscommunication with scheduling but it was made right and the work was done quickly and professionally to my standard. Very friendly very willing to please going to hire them to do the rest of my house for popcorn ceiling removal. Also about 25 to $50 an hour cheaper than other quotes than I've got. Sean and Paul were able to do both my 12 by 12 rooms in just under 2 hours.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We currently charge $75.00 per hour for all handyman services! $25 for a trip charge within 5-25 miles and a $50 trip charge may apply to travel greater than 26-50 miles, from our Qualified technicians. . Please note there is a $25.00 fee for cancellations!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We communicate with our customers to get their name, address, phone number and email (for billing). We then create an electronic work order so the technician can call the customer to answer questions and schedule an appointment!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Colorado Technical University with an Associates Degree in Business Science with honors in 2013. I have over 35 years of marine, residential and commercial construction and mechanic experience. We also specialize in Drone videos and survey services.
