- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
yes for basic cleanings is a starting fee of $65. deep cleaning starts at $75. move outs start at $125 move in starts at $100. all prices are negotiable
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
get to know them, where are their cleaning weaknesses. I love to make cleaning easier not only for myself but for new clients. keeping them in the loop and open communication is a key factor. a thorough walk through before and after with client is preferred.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do a lot of studying to stay up to par and learn new cleaning tactics. Trial and error to find the best possible outcomes, making homemade cleaning products are my favorite when the time is there. if its not safe for me to use in my house, I don't use it.
