Libby did a Great job with the meals she prepared for me. It took about 3.5 hours from start to finish and she labeled the containers she stored the meals in. Libby cleaned up after she was finish cooking and left the kitchen the way she found it. I was very Happy with her service. The meals Libby prepared were tasty and well prepared to my liking, I would have enjoyed some veggies besides the side dish she prepared for each meal. Not sure what else to add, because this was my first time with Libby.

Libby made her first visit to us and prepared three meals. It could not have happened at a better time because we had just returned from a cruise and was thinking about meal preparation for the week. Libby was on time and came with everything required to prepare the meals we had selected. She was pleasant, well organized and the house smelled great all morning while she cooked. We enjoyed having her in the house and spending the time with Libby. We had our meal that evening and it was wonderful. Now we have more prepared meals that she made so Christmas has come early for us.

Working with Libby has been an amazing experience. She has been preparing meals for my parents for the past month and they have enjoyed them so much. With my Dad recently getting out of the hospital it was going to be difficult for them to maintain his healthy eating and diet restrictions on their own. Libby met with us and she was so friendly and professional. She asked all the necessary questions to understand their food and diet needs, as well as flavor likes and dislikes. She is always on schedule and provides them with delicious meals weekly! Libby is such a pleasure to work with. I’m so thankful we found her!

FAQs

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we will meet for an hour consultation, and then decide on a cook date. Afterwards, I email a custom created menu. The day of the cook date, I do the grocery shopping and bring everything to the new clients house where I prepare all of the meals. Then, I clean the entire kitchen and package and label all of the meals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an A.S. in Culinary Arts and an A.S. in Baking and Pastry Arts from Johnson and Wales University.
