First of all, I believe you have to enjoy what you do. Not many people actually enjoy cleaning & or organizing... but I do! Reason for that is that I see immediate results & I like that! Therefore I don't look at it as something negative! I see the challenge of making a room or space usable & funtional again. I love to personal shop for others. I am a good listener & detail is important when you are shopping for someone else. I am great with color & design. I have wonderful people skills, & I am good w/the elderly, (in case you have parents who are negative about receiving out side assistance!) I love animals & enjoying caring for them when you are not able to! I have a high professional appearance & A+ references. I believe the help I offer meets many individual needs of so many diverse lifestyles. Everyone is unique & no two clients needs are ever the same. I am extremely flexible with my clients & strive hard to meet their indiviual needs each & every time. I enjoy meeting new people/families & taking the stress out of what ever their situation is. Everyone has something that is an eye sore in their home. I like to find that out FIRST & make sure I perfect it for them. Jeannie is the absolute best. Not only did get the work done but she went way above and beyond all of my expectations. I am young and was in a deep mess I couldn't handle and Jeannie not only helped me clean and organize but she helped me with emotional and mental aspect of letting go and clearing out my future. We had our entire first floor renovated with new ceramic floors. Anyone who has lived through that experience can testify that the house becomes a dusty mess ! Jeannie came in and did an Amazing job! Not only did her and her colleague wash down the walls, they also dusted the plants. It was so nice to be able and sit and enjoy the new floors in a spotless home!

We used this service to help organize after a series of unorganized moves left us overwhelmed with unpacking and organizing. In just a few visits we have achieved far more than we ever thought. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am straight forward on pricing. I give free estimates locally w/in reason and just recently increased my territory. I do charge a small travel fee to cover my tolls & gas. I will credit that fee toward work on larger projects over $350.00.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is key. I need for them to be honest with what they are looking for & what their budget is. I'm willing to go the extra mile for anyone who wants to work with mebut being honest & communicating is something that is first and foremost in order to benefit both parties.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A certificate as a professional organizer.
