- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We strive to give fair and affordable pricing to our customers. We have smaller crews and less overhead, a cost savings we pass on to you. We also have long-standing relationships with our suppliers and can sometimes negotiate on material price. If someone else gives you a cheaper quote, let us know and we'll try to match or beat it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First you'll connect with Office Coordinator and co-owner, Annie. She'll take down all your details and get you scheduled for an inspection or estimate. From there, Field Manager and co-owner Jacob will come give your roof a check-up and diagnosis. He can give you a general estimate right on the spot, so you have a baseline of what kind of price to expect. Later on, Annie will email you a finalized estimate to go over. She and Jacob are always available for questions you might have! They understand just how important it is that you're 100% comfortable with your choice.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our owners have over 25 years of roofing experience between them, both commercial and residential. At this point, there isn't a lot we haven't seen and worked on.
