Kevin was reliable from the start. Messaged him late in the afternoon/evening and he still managed to make it to my home on the same day/night. While I thought I might’ve needed his help with my nest thermostat it was actually my HVAC condenser. It took a quite some troubleshooting but he was thorough in going through each step my step. I’m glad he wasn’t taking shortcuts on the work. Kevin seems to be the type of person that if he doesn’t know something he will find someone that does and not make things up. Hopefully I don’t have anymore issues with my AC but if I do I’d make sure to call kevin. Thank you.
