- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I accept payment upfront and I don’t process refunds after a reading has been conducted. That being said I’m confident you won’t be disappointed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client I ask for their birth information and what they’d like to talk about.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA in Psychology from UNC-Chapel Hill and a Master’s in Social Work from NYU. I’m also certified by ISAR (the most rigorous astrological certification body) as a professional astrologer, and I’m always trying to learn more.
