Lazaro came out same day and diagnosed the system and gave me a free quote right on the spot. He explained everything on the quote and it seemed very reasonable. Unfortunately, we couldn't make it work due external circumstances not related to him or money wise but I would highly recommend him to other people.
I dont do many reviews of companies unless they really leave a last impression and that is the experience I had with Chill House AirConditioning Inc. We had a slight emergency at our rental property in FL. with the a/c unit and found this company not far from our rental. I called and was able to schedule a technician to come out fairly quickly to meet with the current renters. Technician performed their diagnostic and called and I approved the repair and cost, which was reasonable in the middle of summer. It has been acouple weeks since the repair was done and we have a colder house. I highly recommend this company!
