⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Service and True Integrity! I cannot recommend these guys enough for HVAC service. He went above and beyond to get our unit back up and running during a really stressful situation. Here’s why he deserves five stars: * Persistence: He came out late on a Friday evening and worked incredibly hard to try and clear a stubborn clog. Even when it proved to be a difficult fix, he didn't give up. * Dedication: He returned Saturday afternoon with specialized equipment to finally get the job finished correctly. He was determined to make sure we were taken care of. * Honesty & Value: Despite coming out twice and putting in significant extra effort, he only charged us for a single visit. It is rare to find that kind of integrity these days. * Genuine Care: He clearly takes pride in his work. He has followed up with us multiple times since the repair to ensure everything is still running perfectly and that we are satisfied. If you are looking for an HVAC technician who is professional, persistent, and truly cares about his customers, look no further.

Ozzy was a breath of fresh air! Not only was he knowledgeable, but he was also professional and very helpful. Even taught us a way to maintain our unit so it hopefully stays in good shape. Don’t be fooled by some of the other shady businesses on here; Ozzy is a true expert and it shows!

My air conditioner condenser was leaking, so on Thumbtack I posted a service requested. Ozzy from Ice City AC promptly called me. I explained the situation and send a video. We discussed what time he will be available. Ozzy sent me msg that he will be arriving soon. Since I live in Tampa, I needed to know the progress of the work. Ozzy send me pictures of the issue. He was able to diagnose the issue, we discussed the price and the time frame to resolve the issue. He was able to resolve the issue within the time frame. The price was reasonable. He send me pictures of the work and the end result. I was very happy with the work, his communication skills. Fair pricing. Overall I am sure to use him again if occasion arise. I had a great experience.

Ozzy gave honest assessment of work needing to be done. He offered Repair, not replacement at 1/4 the cost of replacement. The outfit that replaced my a/c unit overcharged me, and wanted to gouge some more with complete replacement. Thankfully, Ozzy convinced me that ducts were still in good condition, only one section needed replacement, and ghe has guaranteed his work. I highly recommend him and Ice City.
