I provide upfront and transparent pricing after an on-site inspection. The inspection fee is $75 and is credited or waived if the customer approves the repair. Prices are based on the condition of the system, required labor, and materials. I focus on long-term solutions rather than temporary fixes.

I start with a professional inspection to properly diagnose the issue. I explain the findings clearly and provide repair or maintenance options. Once approved, the work is completed using professional tools and best practices. I make sure the system is tested and working properly before leaving.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have more than 15 years of hands-on experience in air conditioning repair, installation, and maintenance. I use professional diagnostic tools such as nitrogen testing, deep vacuum, leak detection, and thermal cameras. I continuously update my knowledge to follow industry standards and best practices.
