I decided to call TemPros Air after reading positive reviews on NextDoor. Our air conditioner had been leaking, and after trying several things ourselves, the leak would not stop. We called TemPros, and they scheduled an appointment for the very next day.Anthony came out and thoroughly examined the unit. He discovered that the leak was coming from behind the unit and that the water had started rotting the wooden frame supporting it. Since the unit was already 13 years old, he suggested we consider replacing it, but there was absolutely no pressure to do so. He explained that he could blow out the line, which might temporarily stop the leak, but the water issue behind the unit would still remain.We ultimately decided to replace the air unit. The next challenge was finding someone to build a proper frame for the new unit to sit on. We didnt know anyone, but thankfully TemPros works with someone who built a great custom box for the unit.Once the old unit was removed, they discovered mold inside the wall caused by the leak, so that area had to be replaced and repainted as well. After the unit was detached from the ceiling, they also found mold throughout the vent area. That led to another discussion how old were our air ducts? Since the ducts were original to the house, which is over 30 years old, we decided to replace all of them and even add a vent to one of the bathrooms.Over the course of a few days, the wall was repaired, the frame was built, the ducts were replaced, and the new unit was installed. Anthony oversaw the entire project and kept us informed every step of the way. He even helped translate with some of the workers since we do not speak Spanish, which we greatly appreciated.The day after everything was completed, my husband noticed paint had run down the side of our brand-new air unit. Of course, this happened over Memorial Day weekend, but I texted TemPros anyway. To my surprise, I received an immediate response saying they would come out Tuesday morning.Anthony returned and carefully scraped all the dried paint off the unit. He explained that because the unit is in the garage and the humidity is high, the paint needed a day or two with the unit turned off to fully dry which obviously wasnt practical in Miami. Instead, he double-taped the top and inside the vent area to prevent it from happening again.Overall, everyone I dealt with at TemPros was professional, helpful, and pleasant to work with. Every worker cleaned up after themselves, and even with hurricane window installers working at the house at the same time, both companies coordinated everything smoothly.It was definitely a large expense, but one we likely would have faced eventually anyway. I feel we paid a fair price for the amount of work completed, and even if it cost a little more, I feel confident in the quality of the work and that TemPros will stand behind it if any issues arise.If you hire TemPros, you wont be sorry.

Absolutely amazing service from start to finish! The team was professional, punctual, and took the time to explain everything clearly. They fixed our AC quickly and made sure everything was running perfectly before leaving. Its hard to find companies that are honest, reliable, and truly care about their customers, but this one exceeded expectations. Highly recommend to anyone needing AC repair or maintenance well definitely be using them again in the future!
