- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For estimates outside of our coverage area, we require a $50.00 fee to cover our commuting cost. If hired, this fee is waived.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide you with a call to understand your needs and schedule your on-site estimate. On the day of your appointment, you receive updates of our electricians whereabouts up until the point they arrive to your location. During our consultation, we negotiate pricing and afterwards, you receive our invoice.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Provide us with images or descriptions of what your needs are. Especially if you’re working around a budget. This way we can provide you with better options.
