- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is upfront and based on real conditions — like trench length, soil type, access, and whether we’re removing or backfilling spoils. We offer bundled discounts for full-scope services like excavation + grading + utility install. No hidden fees. Our quotes are always clear and based on scope, not guesswork.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we conduct a consultation — either on-site or virtual. We assess access points, utilities, grade, and specific goals (e.g., trenching, boring, pool base prep). We then provide a detailed proposal outlining scope, price, and timeline. Once approved, we coordinate 811 locates, mobilize equipment, and perform the work with safety and efficiency. Final walk-throughs and documentation are always included.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed by the State of Florida as a Certified Underground Utility & Excavation Contractor (CUC), which qualifies us to perform civil construction, utility installation, excavation, directional boring, and drainage work across all counties. We also have OSHA training, trench safety certification, and manufacturer-based installation experience for advanced systems like Fuji Clean septic units.
