- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is straightforward and transparent. We don’t add hidden fees, commissions, or third-party markups. There are no посредники — pricing is based only on actual job costs and labor. We always aim to provide the most accurate price possible after reviewing the property and scope of work, so clients know exactly what they’re paying for before the project starts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is structured, transparent, and client-focused: 1. We personally visit the property — the team comes together with the company director to take precise measurements and fully understand the scope. 2. We propose practical, cost-efficient solutions that make sense for the client’s goals and budget. 3. We identify any additional or hidden work that may have been missed in the initial assessment, so there are no surprises later. 4. We agree upfront on timelines, pricing, materials, and the expected level of final quality. 5. We start work without an advance payment. After the project begins, an initial payment is made in the pre-approved amount, depending on the type and scope of work. Payments are typically structured as 50% – 25% – 25%, with the final 25% due on the day of project completion and acceptance.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our company is led by a formally trained construction professional. Azgar holds a Master’s degree in Construction Engineering from Kazan State University of Architecture and Engineering. This academic background, combined with hands-on field experience, allows us to plan projects correctly, assess structures accurately, and deliver work that meets professional construction standards.
