My mission is to help heal and connect people to their bodies.
Pilates is a 100 year old practice that improves flexibility, posture, mobility, strength, and body awareness. Pilates is low-impact and is safe for
every body of all ages. Each session integrates complete coordination of the body and mind.
Injured? No problem! Pilates is often referred to by physical therapists to treat and prevent injuries.

Chelsea came to our Airbnb and hosted our group through an AMAZING Pilates session. We were all different levels and she was so generous with her instruction, correction and knowledge. We loved the workout before the crazy weekend - thanks so much, Chelsea!

I hired Chelsea for a Pilates class at our airbnb for my bachelorette party and she was amazing!! She gave us a great workout and had the best energy! It was the perfect start to our weekend in Miami. I highly recommend her!

I highly recommend Chelsea. She’s punctual, responsive, and very good at teaching/working with your ability level in Pilates. She’s also fun to talk to and spend time with while working out! Happy to have found her as I’m trying to get back into my Pilates routine!

Chelsea is awesome! I have been doing Pilates on and off for many years and she is truly the best instructor I have ever worked with! We started working together in December and I have noticed a huge difference in my body, from being more flexible, to having more definition and even more endurance for running! Chelsea has the best personality and always keeps me focused when I start chatting too much. She is always on time and extremely professional! I have even continued working with her remotely since returning to Chicago recently! Cannot say enough about how great she is!
