- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing depends on the size, condition, materials, and complexity of each project. I provide clear estimates before starting the work so customers understand the expected cost. I may offer special promotions or discounts on selected services from time to time. Any additional work or costs will be discussed with the customer before proceeding.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I speak with the customer to understand their needs and concerns. When necessary, I schedule an inspection to evaluate the attic, insulation, ductwork, or other areas involved. I then explain my recommendations, provide a clear estimate, and answer any questions before starting the work. Once the customer approves the project, we schedule the job and complete the work professionally while protecting the customer’s property.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training has primarily been hands-on and experience-based in residential insulation and air duct cleaning. I have developed practical knowledge through working on different types of projects, learning proper installation and removal techniques, and following safe work practices.
