- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process starts with a free 30 minute consultation where we talk about your goals and how I can help. For personal injury cases, there are no fees unless we recover compensation. After our first meeting, I gather the important facts and documents to fully understand your situation. From there, I create a personalized legal plan that fits your needs. Once we agree on the approach, I move forward and keep you updated at every step so the process feels clear and stress free.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed attorney authorized to practice in all state and county courts throughout Florida. I’ve handled more than 40 jury trials and have spent many years supervising and mentoring teams of attorneys. This experience allows me to bring strong courtroom skills, strategic insight, and practical guidance to every client I represent.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After years of working for a large corporation, I realized that individuals, families, and business owners often need more than just legal documents, they need trusted guidance through some of life’s most important decisions. I founded my practice to provide personalized, compassionate legal services in the areas of estate planning, personal injury, and business law. Every client’s situation is unique, and I take the time to understand their goals so I can help protect what they’ve worked hard to build and provide peace of mind for the future.
